i certainly like this pic of the seahorse, with his tail perfectly coiled, it looked like a trophy hehe.

You have just spectacular shots there! It's nice to see your learning curve too. Going through pictures from your earlier trips and comparing them to most recent ones. Most spectacular shots and with what a rig! This really shows you don't need to spend thousands of dollars to get excellent shots.

BTW some macro shots had this blurry effect on the edges of a picture. Was it because of a distortion caused by add-on lense or have you got that kinda barrel distortion (right in your face blurryness :)) by photoshopping them. It looks kinda cool :) Went through some pictures again and didn't quite find that effect again. Maybe it's just my sleepy eyes. This pic has it in some degree thoug: http://kayakdiver.com/divephotos/philippines2/photos/103.jpg

I think it was me on that pic. I just didn't focus it properly. There was some strong currents on some of the dives and I was using my reef hook for the first time. I found it to be a very handy tool.

Jim,

Good to see you back on the board and happy to finally get to view your trip photos. Very nice collection. I am especially partial to the nudibranchs and frogfish. Especially this one with the vibrant colors and great contrast between the nudi and the sponge/soft coral. Thanks for posting your pics!!
