I'm a big fan of Oceanic products. I have or have owned a chute3, a vt pro,versa pro, various masks, etc....I have had nothing but problems with my excursion bc. Eleven dives on it and I have a broken zipper and the velcro on a weight pocket has just come unstitched! :confused:
 
Hi iscuba,

First, we've got to do something about the mask and regulator in your picture...

Can the zipper be fixed with a replacement, or has it broken at the slide/teeth? PM or email me, I'll have the fine folks in our Customer Service Department send out replacements or arrange for repair.
