Seems like a bad company. If it the prices seem too good to be true they probaby are. I've had several bad experience and now only buy from companies that have demonstrated a good track record. Upselling, "not in stock, bait and switch" tactics, or gray market goods are standard practice for many camera dealers including apparently this one. Beware! Pay a little more and get from a reliable dealer.
Try B&H in NYC there are one of the largest photo retailers and usually have great prices, but make sure you know what you are buying and what comes with it. Also make sure you are aware of their return policy, I think its short. Hope this helps.
