I'm looking at a computer than has HP Image Zone Plus as one of its pre-installed programs. How does HP IZP compare to other fairly basic editing programs, such as Adobe PE 5, when editing UW pictures?
I've been taking UW photos with an Oly 5050 (internal strobe) and would like to do some basic editing on some of the shots.
Does HP IZP have a feature that will eliminate back scatter?
I like to take a picture of the diveboat when I surface. The manual setting that I use UW tends to make the sky look very light, often with little or no blue in it. This happens even if I am using the Auto mode while I am snorkeling. Is there a program with a feature that will allow me to add blue to the sky, but, obviously, not to the water? Or, is there a different setting that I should use on the camera when taking those pictures?
Any other comments about HP IZP is greatly appreciated.
Thanks, alashas
