Am looking to take a trip to San Francisco in March of 2007. Would love to be able to work in a dive or two while I am there. Anyone have any suggestions for where to go for a quick trip, maybe a half day?

fallcreek,
I hope you dive dry, waters around NorCal average in the mid 50's. I went diving with Ben_ca during the summer and it was 50degrees. Anyway, I'd recommend Point Lobos as the place to dive in Monterey, http://pt-lobos.parks.state.ca.us/scuba/divereserv.html. Make your reservations 2 months in advance and if you're looking for a buddy, just post another thread and say that you have a reservation for Point Lobos, there'll be plenty of takers:)

Yikes....Ok. Maybe I need to get dry suit certified first. Forget that the waters are that much cooler. Thanks for the suggestions.
