I wish I could answer that for you but I can't.
I noticed some stress cracks in the tripod mount of my PT-010 housings and put super glue on it. So far so good.
The only thing I can suggest is for you to e mail some underwater camera suppliers and see if they have an answer for you.
Some of the folks at backscatter.com (http://www.backscatter.com/) may be of help.

My suggestion is to pick up a used Ikelite housing. I know somebody who is selling one. *wink* *wink*
If you interested, shoot me a PM.
Otherwise, I would go with superglue (cyanoacrylate). Make sure the housing is really dry and then apply it to the cracks. Perhaps you could just glue the screws in place.

Go to the Olympus website, http://www.olympusamerica.com/
They have a great repair department...I was really happy with work they did on my 8080 housing. On the website they have a repair form and mailing address
