My son dives with a new Insight (or at least he will on the day after Christmas). I dive with an Oceanic Veo250. I've heard they both come from Pelagic. Will the Oceanic Veo250 PC link cable work with the Insight?

The Cable will work but the software at least from what I have been told will not work.

Is there a Sherwood version of the software? The specs say PC downloadable, which begs the question How? ... Downloadable to what?
He'll be maintaining his own dive profile/logs so different SW is not an issue. I just don't want to have to but 2 cables if the Oceanic one will work.

Thanks - The download feature is important for my son. Without it I was going to have to return the computer. I'm hoping its an "early" spring?
