hey ive been lookin at oneil and body glove wetsuits.. first of all are these good brans also the one i really like is 10oz wat does dat mean and wat does it translate to in terms of mm ??? thanks
 
10 oz? Sounds like a lycra fabric weight. This could be a dive skin or rash guard.

If that's what it is then the suit will provide some abrasion and sting protection but aside from limiting some water movement against your flesh it is thermally a zero. Wet cloth is not an insulator.

Dive skins are commonly worn to help a diver get into a wetsuit. With proper fit and technique there is no need.
