How about UPS? 
You can purchase the systems on ebay, go to scuba and then search for Roll Control. I purchased my two sets directly from them at the phone number on this website:

When you call them answering service goes through some long tirade of names and blah--blah, you just have to hang in there. Once I spoke to them they were helpful and shipped quickly.
Mine are newly installed and seem to work well though admittedly have not used them under severe conditions - yet.
