Best place for middle aged single to stay

I'm 50 & married but plan on being in Cozumel 2/11 for 5 or 6 nights. Wife can't make this trip. Been to Coz twice (last stayed at Casa Mexicana) but will probably try & find a place that houses more divers. I plan to dive daily but would like advice as to where to stay & not be "by myself" the entire time. Main interest is to be able to "hang out" with other divers. Not looking to party alot, just don't want to head for the room everyday after diving & then heading out to dinner by myself.

I second Gordon's recommendation: Scuba Club is a dive resort for divers. You can "hang out" with the divers in the hammocks - a favorite place.

Scuba Club, Caribe Blue, Barracuda, Pepita. SC, CB, B are all on the water. P is in town but has mostly divers. CB and P have no bars so are fairly quiet after sunset. I will be at Reef Club 2/11 til2/18 and diving with Bottom Time Divers. I'm 54 and often go alone and stay at B or P and always have a good time. Wife will be with me in Feb but is a land lover so I'm a solo diver.
