if you use a wrist computer (not integrated), then what do you need on your console other than a single analog pressure gauge, and maybe a compass?

I put my compass on my wrist too. I don't use a console, just a nice small brass pressure guage. That seems to be adequate for the dives I do.

What I like most about this question is to see a relative newcomer showing us the kind of thinking that lead us to our minimalist configurations.... Angus, I think you know the answer to this question already. Have confidence in your thinking.
