Here is mine-one of my Favorites!
Spaghetti Al Tonno
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
14ozs of canned tuna
16ozs of canned tomato sauce (I use one can sauce and one can diced tomatoes)
1/2 cup of water
2 tsp of salt
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp of garlic powder (I also add 1 clove chopped garlic)
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/4 tsp pepper
1 package of WHOLE Wheat Spaghetti
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chopped green pepper, and onion; sauté until tender. Add chopped garlic and oregano cook for about 1 Minute. Stir in tuna fish, tomato sauce, water, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. cook until thoroughly heater (5-10Mins).
Pour sauce over cooked spaghetti. If desired sprinkle with grated cheese.
