Does anyone know where you can observe tiger sharks from the surface? I know about French Frigate Shoals in Hawaii, but unfortuneately thats closed to the public for the forseeable future. I'm doing a bit of travelling next year but i'm an inexperienced diver so i figured this was the best way to view tigers for the time being.

I don't know about the surface, but I saw one 70 ft under off a wreck in NJ.
