Anyone know anything about this?

An autopsy is being performed to determine what killed an American diver who died while exploring a collection of flooded iron ore mines on Bell Island in Newfoundland. Fifty-one-year-old Joseph Steffen of Richmond Heights, Ohio, was part of a group of international cave divers brought in to explore the mine shafts with a view toward developing them as a tourist attraction.
Steffen was not breathing after being brought to the surface yesterday.
