This will be a great trip! 10 of the 15 spots are already filled and several are our hard working underpaid and generally under appreciated military. We are very proud to be able offer them a deep military discount! Note this discount is for any active duty member of the armed services...country does not matter! :flag:

Cool...I have had a number of questions so will try to answer them as best I can but I am on a dialup connection in StKitts so may have to wait til I return for most of them. :D

1. Can any active duty military even from Canada or Europe go?
A. YES YES YES and your price will be $300 off!

2. Can we stay for a few days after to sightsee and can you help with that?
A. Yes you can and many of us are staying extra days to see the beauty of Belize. We have found a wonderful tour operator who will take care of everything on the island for us!

I will try to answer more later after our dives!

Is the military discount just for this trip or do they offer it at other times of the year?

Is the military discount just for this trip or do they offer it at other times of the year?

It is a special for this specific trip. One of the participants so far is just coming back from Iraq and we wanted to thank him and all others who have served for their courageous efforts! :flag:

SingleDivers.com does offer active duty military discounts on all their trips and individual travel.

Ok got a few more questions from members:

Q. Will anyone be arriving early or staying after the liveaboard?
A. Yes we have divers arriving early willing to share a room or go touring and currently we have 3 divers including myself staying 3 days after the trip to do some siteseeing and touring of the island. The more the merrier so all are welcome to arrive early and/or stay later.

Q. How do I know who is going on the trip?
A. Just like SB, SD has an open forum where you can see who is on the trip so far and who is planning to go or thinking of going. If they don't post here on this site you can see who's going here.

Thanks for all the great questions! You can pm me or post any others in the thread! :)

Another spot has been filled! :D

We still have 4 more! I hope you can join us! -ww

Been asked where you fly into:

You fly into Belize City BZE and flight are still quite reasonable! I hope you can join us! -ww

Got a question for anyone going on this trip. I'm staying a couple extra days and was wondering if there are any land bases tour ideas from the crowd? I have been looking at going into Guatamala to see some ruins and then running around the Jaguar preserve for another day. Does anyone have any other ideas for fun that I have missed?

YEA!!! Dave...glad you can join us! And you qualify for the military discount but heck you were the one I had in mind when I set it up and negotiated the extra discount for our Military guys! :D

I am checking with a local Belize tour operator for ideas but I'm sure our members will have the best suggestions!
