Hi I have a dive rite rec. wing with a back plate and the web harness with weight pouches.
The weight pouches keep moving how can I fix this?

I recommend using what I call alligator clips. The true Dive Rite name is webbing lock clip (part number is HW2715). They retail for $.92 each and you will need 4 of them.

Cheers

From the same page:
Other hardware to keep your pouches (and other gear) from slipping.

P.S. I have my weight pouches threaded through the triangular plates on the harness, where the shoulder straps meet the belt. They are off to the side, out of the way, and I can still reach them if I ever needed, for some insane reason, to ditch them. There is NO chance of them EVER slipping, and if they DO, then I've obviously got WAY more serious problems than slipping weight pockets!
