If you are lucky (or unlucky depending on how you view it) enough to have a Red Robin in your area, I found out a way to eat there!
1. Bunless - they will server any of their meals without the bun!
2. Swap the fries for steamed vedgies! They are very tasty also.
No up charge for the swaps, and the portion of vedgies is quite large. I could not beleive it. SWMBO and I were out at the mall and the smell was too good. Also lunch was 3 hours over due so we figured to go out for lunner (yes Lunch/dinner - lunner). Well that was the best option, and in talking to the barkeep they informed us of those options.
Enjoy annother place that is almost safe to eat in.
