not a good almity week for me - im up 1.75kgs or 3.8lbs! yes - a gain

and i know what i did wrong and why ive gained

since Chrissy i have been coasting and the last 2 weeks had been a choc fest

SO - Tuesday i started a'new!!!

ive started a food diary and ive been working out on the E machine

PLUS - i set a new goal!

i can kinda fit into hubbys drysuit (he's worn it about 3 times). its not a comfy fit but i can make it so my goal is to keep hacking away until it fits comfy and then he can buy me my own! :D

so hopefully everyone else has better news to share!

Spring is sprunging for you guys so the thought of a busy summer is hopefully spuring you guys on!

so ringing the SB CHALLANGE BELL to call everyone to share and vent and celebrate and enjoy

i cancelled Wednesday yesterday as it was a sucky work day - i even gave Shell a note for her boss :D

There's a number I haven't seen in quite some time! :14:

This week's loss (After having a bug through the weekend):
Down from 232 (105.23 kgs) to 228 lbs (103.42 kgs)

I am at goal + 48 lbs. (21.77 kgs)

Total loss so far: 82 lbs (37.19 kgs) - I have lost 26.5% of my entire body

(Oh, and 11 lbs for the challenge) :eyebrow:
 
I'm probably gonna be gaining too Almity and thats because of all these stupid test I've been having for the pass few days. Its only gonna end on Friday and Saturday I'll diving, Monday I'll be diving, Tuesday I'll be diving, Wednesday I'll be diving, Thursday I'll be diving, and Friday I'll be diving and the best part of it is its all nitrox too. :) Well, I'm gonna get my 8 hour sleep and tomorrow will be Thursday and time for the weight in.

As to me..

This weeks weightin: 154.0lbs
Last weeks weight: 154.0lbs
Loss this week: ZERO
Total Loss to date: 61.0lbs
Target: 150lbs (+4lbs)

Well last saturday I purchased a pair of 30" jeans, last night I dug out an old pair of jeans for comparison:

Well i decided ill join you guys... :D today weighed in at 199. A total loss of 56lbs so far. Still workin at it... gotta be ready for summer!
