Kawika Chetron is missing.

He's one of our popular Bay Area divers/Photographers... Most of us often enjoy his photos and dive reports on the ba_diving email group. His website Cold Water Images
is a favorite of people from the bay area and around the world.

UGH!
I only know hime through his photos. He has the best collection of photos I've ever seen of the underwater Monterey Bay landscape.

I was at Light and Motion the other day where my brother works. They were all very sad to hear about Kawika. All of our thoughts and prayers are with him and his safe return home.

Just logging on today I've been a bit out of the loop in the past week. Shocking and saddening to hear. I hope he is alright. In the few times that I have talked to him he has always been kind and very helpful. An amazing artist. My prayers go out to him and his family, I hope he is safe and is back with his family again soon.
