I read the thread concerning the part change for O2 cleaning of Sherwood valve and I need a confirmation that the seat and the 2 teflons inside the valve dosn't need to be changed for O2 application.

I think the question is if the parts are oxygen compatible.
 
If I understand, the 2 teflons are ok for oxygen and not the seat? What is the difference between the original seat and the one that come with the O2 kit?
 
The seat in the O2 kit is made from a different compound; it's a least flash resistant seat, but service life will be shorter.
