My drysuit, but if I was going to dive wet I'd probably go with 7mm neoprene farmer john and jacket with hood, boots, and gloves.

Drysuit for me but my old 1/4" farmer john would also be fine.
5mm fullsuit, 5/3 hooded vest.

Just to clarify, once you own a drysuit, you'll probably be inclined to wear it on all but the warmest dives. That doesn't necessarily mean a drysuit is necessary.
