Anybody have any experience with how much weight to add for Henderson Gold Core 5/3 hooded vest? I currently dive a 3/2 full suit and use 12lbs.

Thanks.

I'd just take the vest to shallow water and pile weights on it until it's just barely negative.

Add that amount of weight to your usual 12 lbs.

My 2004 Bare chicken vest, 3mm torso & 5mm hood represents 3.5 pounds of buoyancy in shallow water. I did the mesh bag test with weights.
