View Full Version : Weather for LBTS Dive on Saturday?

I am still on the road, but was thinking of making an early morning trip over to LBTS (Too windy over here in Venice)
How's the weather over there for 4/21/07? Would a shore dive be out of the question, or are conditions slated for a favorable dive?
Figured I would mix in a little "festival" as well

If we head out early enough it still looks do-able.
Earlier today forecast was 2 ft or less building to 2-4; now it's 2-4 building to 4-6.....
SATURDAY...NORTHEAST WINDS 5 TO 10 KNOTS INCREASING TO 15 TO 20 KNOTS IN THE AFTERNOON. SEAS 2 TO 4 FEET BUILDING TO 4 TO 6 FEET IN THE AFTERNOON.

I can be on the road at 4:00 AM. That will put me there between 7:30 and 8.

It was a doable day for diving, and we had a nice dive. Where were you?? (just saw this thread...)

It was a doable day for diving, and we had a nice dive. Where were you?? (just saw this thread...)Had to cancel Saturday and went to Shark Tooth Fest. Made it to LBTS Sunday for white caps.
Had breakfast with Marvel, Krista and Pete
Saw Krista's beautiful art
Heard some stories of Saturday's parties (Ooooh :11: )
Tagged along with Pete at the show (Thanks again, Pete!). I will say the show is a completely different animal when you hang with Pete!
Went to the breakdown party, ate, drank and drove home.
No diving for me on this weekend, but it was a great time anyway!
