Dove Smittys Cove in Whittier this saturday. Conditions were absolutly crappy. Weather was fine, but visability was about 5 feet. It didnt even clear up at depth and seemed to get worse as you went down. We turned around at about 65 feet because it wasnt getting any better. Im pretty sure its because of spring rn off from the mountains.
