Well I actually started my regimen back on March 12th before I joined the board, but I would like to finish up to my goal along with the rest of you.

So here are my numbers:

Weight:

March 12th 2007: 230 Pounds
April 24th 2007: 207 Pounds

Goals:
200 Pounds by May 1st 2007
180 Pounds by July 1st 2007

My routine:

Mon - Friday:

Swim from 5:30am to 6:15am (45 mins)
Swim from 6:30pm to 7:15pm (45 mins)

Sat/Sun:

Swim from 9:00am-10:00am (1 Hour)

Diet:

Extremely low carb diet. Less than 100 grams total per day, and avg about 25-50. I typically eat some cheeze for breakfast, plain or seasoned grilled chcken breast or tuna for lunch, and charbroiled chicken for dinner.
