A couple weeks ago I was trying on a fleece drysuit undergarment. My Girlfriend told me it looked like footy pajamas with the feet cut off.

It got me thinking, are ther drysuit undergarments out there with built in feet, like footy pajamas?:confused:
 
Pretty neat idea but I would think that foot size would be a big pain for the manufacturer.
