I have a chance at going a secondment to our Indianapolis office for a few months next year. I have had a quick look at the map and it's a long way from the sea.

Is there any diving to had around there?

Hey Nickjb

There are a few spots to dive but the good ones require a bit of a drive. Blue springs quarry is not a bad spot to dive and it is just east of Indianapolis. We are going to set up an ice dive if we ever get any ice here. Gilboa quarry is a popular diving local as well is whitestar up by Toledo OH. The best places to go would be the great lakes but that would depend on when your thinking of visiting the loop because most of the charters except for one out of Milwaukee shut down for the winter months. If you have any questions fell free to post again or Pm....

Anyone been to blue springs? I could easily make a trip there.

Whats the visibility like?

Nitrox junkie, Ray Werner, and I were out there last Saterday.

Vis was 10-15 and min temp was 40.

Had a lot of fun but it was realy cold :cold: when we got out.
