Fantasy Island Resort - Roatan

Found a pretty good deal for a All Inclusive Dive Trip to Fantasy Island Resort in Roatan, anyone have any experince with them? How were the boats? Whats the diving like, that sorta jazz

Opinions differ and here's mine.

I spent a week at Anthony's Key and then a
week at Fantasy Island back to back and didn't
care for FI. The boats are bad. One dive we
barely got out and the drive shaft sheared from
the engine and we drifted and pounded coral
for a while. FI sent another boat to tow us
and it couldn't do it because for some reason
it would only turn in one direction while trying
to tow us. A boat from next door coco view
finally had to tow us.

The beach at FI is very nice and the food is pretty
good too. I just didn't like the motel 6 type hotel
and the dive boats. Also the water went out about
5 times during 6 days.

.... but I have'nt heard good things from people that have been. Food was o.k., accommodations were poor, often no water for a shower, dive boats old and in poor condition.
Sorry, but that's what I was told.
