Where's the best snorkelling in Puerto Rico, preferably on the east side of the island?
 
Green Beach on Vieques was awesome. I was there almost a decade ago though, i'm not sure if you are still allowed to go there since all the clashes between the US military and the locals. That was the single nicest beach i've ever had the pleasure of enjoying.
