Good package deal?

:confused: I am just beginning my foray into technical diving. My LDS is offering me a package of a pair of oxygen-cleaned PST LP 104s with a Halcyon manifold and Highland bands coupled with a Halcyon 55lb Explorer wing, BP, and harness for $1200.00. Is this a good deal? Thanks for your help.
