Hey everyone! i am new to diving and have been to a couple of the springs around florida. some of my friends did the divequest in epcot and was just wondering what you guys thought about it. is it good for beginners?

I enjoyed the experience when I went 5-6 years ago. I'd do it again, if the opportunity came up.
The dive is "shallow" and controlled enough that it should be fine for a beginner, as long as the "sharing the water with a couple of sharks" aspect is ok.
There have been a number of threads on this subject. A "search" might fill in some gaps until others reply.
I'd say "do it".

thanks mike! everything that i have heard or read about it so far has been very positive...and i cant wait to swim with sharks!!!

Here's a couple of detailed posts about it. My buddy's done it twice and enjoyed it both times. A highlight for him was having his kids on the other side of the glass in the restaurant.
