Hey;

What is the average income for a full time divemaster in Sharm/Hurghada and on freelance bases?

A strange question to be asked by an Egyptian on an international forum!!!

Anyway, it depends on many factors like the dive op, the experience, and the place. Income in Sharm is usually higher than Hurghada. The noramal size dive op in Sharm pays something like 500 USD + 5 USD per intro dive. That's to motivate the dive masters up-sell intro dives on the boat. In Hurghada they pay something between 1000 and 2000 LE plus commission.
