Diving today

Today my buddy and I went to the lake here at home for our first dive since we certified 3 weeks ago. There is a plane wreck just off the shore and down 28 feet, so we wanted to do the dive, and give me some practice with my new computer too. It was pretty good. The visibility was not great 4-6ft. depending on where we were. On the way out it was real murky and I was somewhat disoriented. Once we were on the wing of the plane it wasn't too bad seemed to be clearer there. There is a definite thermocline just as you drop below the wing. Too cool for me. I liked it just fine on the wing. Anyhow we had a good time and now have logged a little more time in. I hope to get out there again next weekend, then the following weekend it will be diving in Maui.
