I'd prepare for 50 degrees at depth. At least 7mm jumpsuit with 7mm hooded vest, gloves, booties.

I tend to expect mid 40s to 50s, just to be safe. I have yet to be too warm on a dive there in my 7mm suit with 6mm vest. I was prettty comfy on my checkout dives in the old, rented 7mm suit I used during my checkouts last year. I will be there this weekend, so if you'd like to buddy up, leave me contact info via pm and I'll do the same.
I did four dives in Carmel this past weekend: 48F 51F 48F 49F.
