I'm also thinking of making some intefaces for aladins. As I understand it, these interfaces will not work with the windows version of datatrak and datatalk. They will, however, work with the ms dos version as well as the Aladin download and logbook tool. I can offer both the download only and the bidirectional inteface so that you can adjust dc settings. Prices are $45 for the bi-direcional and $25 for the download only. Please be sure you understand the use of these intefaces before purchasing them and feel free to ask me any questions. In order to change dc settings, you must have the datatalk software. These prices reflect the price of the interface only, software is not included. Any feedback is appreciated.

Working with Windows depends. I have a patched version of Datatrak that works with Win2K for downloading as long as you don't use a mouse (computer mouse, not Memomouse).

Good workaround for the simple cable is to use Aladin and download to a Palm or directly to WLog. WLog is better than the Datatrak anyway and you don't have to buy the Memomouse.
