I'll probably head up that way --- but I'm going to wait and make sure she goes down, hopefully in the orientation she's supposed.
I'm not having much luck - first the HMCS Yukon, then the Speigel Grove.

Well, I've got at least 3 of us that would be interested in a 4-day weekend trip, primarily to the empress.
if we can co-ordinate dates, could probably put together a good group.

I didn't quite make it to the Spiegel.... I had plans to, but things fell through at the last moment. Maybe next year.
What I was referring to was , that I had made plans to dive both vessels (prior to their sinking), and in both cases, they sank pre-maturely, and not how they were scheduled to.

I'll let you know how I make out, from the looks of the pics I've seen, I think it will be a great dive.
Canuckdiver, I would love to go also ( ie:Rimouski ) if possible.
Merry Christmas, Taz :D

Does anyone know exactly who you have to contact and what you have to do to dive in Quebec now?

As I'm bordering "La Belle Province" I'm monitoring this perhaps a bit closer than others from Ontario. One reason, is the quarry I DM OWs in - is in Quebec. Another is a group of us are going once again, to Les Escoumins in the fall.
Will post as soon as I hear/see anything. The instructors I work for are keeping me informed too.

Is it a province or a republic?

Reading the rules....... Does it mean they are a Quebec certified diver if they do day one of check outs in Quebec and day two in Ontario? Thats going to mess them up! Morrisons quarry is going to get really busy with people from Ottawa.
