Does anyone know if there is a difference in sizing between farmer john style and one piece style wetsuits? I'm trying to pick up a used one piece for my girlfriend that's a size 7-8 and according to akona's size charts it would fit her just fine. She claims that the last one she rented was a 10-12 famer john.
 
Interesting question...I've used Bare 2 piecers and one piecers of the same size with no noticeable difference.

It really varies from one manufacturer to another. I would never buy a suit that I couldn't try on.
