I haven't heard of any, but there are several BSA Venture Crews.

It's a Boy Scout group for kids age 14-21. We have one in Melbourne that does only SCUBA. I think Pete Murray has a group in the Orlando area.
The group my kids belong to in Melbourne has both boys and girls in it, plus at least one parent for each kid. We also have 4 instructors in the group.
