Yes its that time again, time to say Hello to Mr. Scales...
What do you do when you hit a new weight low? Scream? Jump up and down? Or do what I do and do a little happy dance in the bathroom!
So I'll stand up first with my results....
This weeks weight: 143.9lbs / 14% Body Fat
Last weeks weight: 144.3lbs
Loss this week: 0.4lbs
Total Loss to date: 71.8lbs
New Target: 140lbs or 12% Body Fat....
Its been 8 Days since my last chocolate bar....
And on Tuesday when I weighed myself I was 141.8lb!!!
Next in line please...
