Hurricane Dean has killed our Flower Garden trip aboard the Spree Aug. 20-22. I now have a week off, and I'm looking for a place to dive. Do you think Dean will affect Pensacola area of the FL. panhandle, might consider driving there to do some Gulf diving.

I talked to some people today at the local quarry that were supposed to be ib Belize tomorrow. Cancelled.

Gawd I hate thread titles that give no clue as to what the trip is about.

First of all, I guess the title of this thread is inappropriate under the circumstances, however it has been up for two days with no negative feedback. In that time nobody voiced any concern over the title. Once it is reported inappropriate, we get comments like this. Free speech and all...ya I know. But come on....it is a big sandbox.

Thanks for changing my thread title. I posted it on Sat. before the hurricane reached civilazation, I apologize. I too can see where it is a bad title, I should have thought it through. It wasn't meant in a mean spirit like some of the posts on this thread. If someone had pm me or said anything about it I would have changed it alot earlier. Thanks Marvel for the pm and changing the title.
