Good day all, I am the owner of a Nikon D80 and am looking to purchase a housing for it. I am wondering about opinions on which brand of housing?
Sea&Sea, Ikelite, Nexus, Aquatica......
Suggestions?

Do you currently have a housing for an slr or dslr? If so, I would go with the same manufacturer as you will be able to use the ports.
If not, then I love my Sea & Sea housing. I would go with that.

Thanks for the advice - I'll be in the market for a macro lens, housing, lighting, and a port....I also am partial to Sea & Sea, but I have heard good things about others.

I have been shooting my FD-80 Fantasea Housing (http://opticaloceansales.com/dslr.html#FD80) for a while now and it is working out pretty well. Nice small housing, all controls work well, even with gloves. Comes with a standard port that fits the 18-70, 60 Micro and others. Adjustable handles are nice. Balance is neutral. And it's about half price or less of the S&S.

I love Sea & Sea housings, but it's all a matter of personal preference. What works best for you in the budget you have for the system.
There are a lot of systems out there. The most important thing is to get out there and shoot.
