Christmas in Cozumel. Anyone else?

Finished booking everything earlier this week. Dec. 23-30. Everything certainly goes up that week as far as rooms go. But we both had the time off.

But was still able to find a flight from Atlanta into Coz. for a decent price. US Airways.

Anyone else gonna be there?

I was going to go in Christmas until I realized everything is double versus May. I'm really bummed, but it is hard to justify spending the extra cash. I did get a very large raise last week, so next year I'm going to come during Christmas even if I have to pay double.

We go just before Christmas. Low prices, not crowded. This year I got a "deluxe cabana" at Casa del Mar for $78/nt! We're doing 8 days in Coz followed by 8 in Akumal. Home on the 19th.

Our rooms didn't go up that much and diving is the same.

The wife is never sure about her time off and I get 4 weeks so when we can go we have been giong. We do plan on off setting a little of the increase by doing breakfast in the room.
