Friends of mine have been approached by one of the resorts in Roatan to open up a restaurant.

Does anyone have personal info on Roatan besides info on dive shops?

Does the local area need/would it support a non-buffet style restaurant?

Any info would be appreciated here or to my e-mail.

If this venture is a success, the friends tell me, they will be expanding into diving related tours, and that I have 2.5 years to get my Instructors ratings.
