I have an Aeris 500AI.
I thought this was a low battery, so I opened and replaced the battery.
The startup display starts it 98765... countdown which fades out before finishing.
If I press the start/wake_up button it flashes "H"

Both old & new batteries measure 3.6V.

Any ideas?
