There have been many threads discussing diveinn (scubastore). I highly recommend them based on my purchases. Bob3 January 12th, 2003, 07:21 PM Diveinn/Scubastore has not only good prices, but better service than many local shops. If you have a warranty problem, they'll send a truck to your house to pick up the goods, at no charge even. It arrived on Friday and was actually an ATX40 combo. I guess they over sold the TX40's and sent the more expensive ATX40 instead. What a great surpise and at $210 an outstanding deal. tech3324 January 13th, 2003, 04:20 PM cstreu1026 once bubbled... I just made my first pruchase from them on Tuesday. Is it being sold as a combo (reg+octo), or did you order an octo with the TX-40 ($173.67)? Thanks for any info. Don cstreu1026 January 13th, 2003, 04:36 PM I ordered a combo that was on sale. I noticed it disappeared so it looks like it sold out. Genesis January 13th, 2003, 05:18 PM I would have bought a couple at that price! jeesea June 11th, 2003, 08:31 AM :banging: don't go banging your head against a brick wall, lookin' at other sites. i just recently bought a bc from them, great value / good service and even though i ordered the wrong size initially, they still paid for it's return & the cost of sending me the replacement ( even though it was my fault) 1st class prices with a 1st class service... cornfed June 22nd, 2003, 10:21 PM Bob3 once bubbled... Do you get a kick back from DiveInn? rdriver June 22nd, 2003, 10:53 PM I will have to agree I have had super service from them, they get orders to me in no more than four days......... and there shipping is still less than leisure pro. They have been great to deal with...... Rob Ron Brandt July 5th, 2003, 03:58 AM Would somone care to send me the url ? I live in Canada and would like to see the site Thanks Ron FLL Diver July 5th, 2003, 10:57 AM Diveinn's URL? www.diveinn.com It even works from Canada. ;) Let me add my affirmative vote for using Diveinn. I've purchased from them twice after they beat Leisure Pro in pricing, even with the extra shipping costs built in. And service is next to none. They even called my house twice from Spain after I sent them a question via email with my address mistyped, and it bounced on their reply. That impressed me. My Isotherm zip malfunctioned and I emailed DiveInn about it. They told me no problem, it's under warranty - just send it to us and we'll have a replacement over. Gave me a DHL billing code to use, and that was that. The only effort on my end was scrounging up the box to send it back in. Couple of days later, the new suit arrived. Great shop and great prices. *shrug* They've got my loyalty as a customer. Pappy July 17th, 2003, 11:20 AM I had never heard of DIVEINN until now. I sat down with LeisurePro's new catalog and compared a few prices. In all but one item, LeisurePro was less expensive. Not by much,in most cases, but dollars are dollars. I have made several purchases from LP and, knock on wood, have had nothing but prompt service from them. The UK Light Cannon I ordered from LP arrived yesterday. At $149.95 + $10.00 shipping, it was less expensive than several bid attempts I made on eBay and $70.00 less than my local dive shop. FLL Diver July 17th, 2003, 12:06 PM Pappy once bubbled... Not by much,in most cases, but dollars are dollars. Yeah - I've also noticed that lately. With the continued weakening of the dollar against the euro, they are not as attractive as they used to be. But that wasn't the case last summer. I also used diveinn to get some hard to find Sunnto replacement pieces that LeisurePro didn't carry and were an arm and a leg at the LDS. Marc
