Question about the octo now

Is the Gemini or the Shadow+ better over the standard octo. Having one hose less might be interesting, butwhat if I need to manipulate the inflator? It would be "occupied" being in my mouth.
 
Is either unit better than the Std. Octo? I don't think there is a correct answer.

It is really a personal preference and a matter of training. You see a lot of people that really like diving with the Octo and Inflator as one unit. Less hoses does streamline the diver. Does it take more training to manage your bouyancy with the unit in your mouth? Absolutely.

It really depends on what you are comfortable with.
