Just go back from some R&R in Bali. Didn't do as much diving on this trip. Spent half the time just relaxing in Jimbaran Bay and watching the sunset... :D We ended up only doing 2 dives in Nusa Penida and then 3 days at Mimpi Tulamben Resort.

Now for the diving pics...

We ended up just doing 1 day trip from Sanur (2 dives) with BIDP. We did both dives at Crystal Bay, Nusa Penida. We had one mola mola (oceanic sunfish) encounter towards the end of our first dive. Didn't get many pics before 20+ divers surrounded the poor little fellow...

After a short detour to Ubud for lunch, we headed over to East Bali to Tulamben where we were staying at Mimpi Resort. It was nice diving USS Liberty since I did my OW checkout dive there nearly 10 years ago (and spent most of that first OW dive staring at my spg!).

First, I get caught with a 10-17mm fisheye lens when a nice mantis shrimp pops up while swimming out to the Liberty wreck, and then I found myself stuck later with a 100mm macro lens on when this Napoleon wrasse shows up for a cleaning at Drop Off Point... :eek:
