Hi new to the board. I'm a rec. diver with 50 dives (started in Aug.) and I want to train up to do some tek dives. So I'm looking for some personal reconmmendations of who and what (courses) are good in Monterey, CA. It's important that I find a situation where I can get a feel for the instructor before I get into the training dives. (I've had some varied experiences with instructors in different places) And lastly I'm looking for an environment where I can broadly develop my skills rather than a weekend class. Thanks.
P.S. DIR/non-DIR; either will do. I'm more interested in individual experience and "seriousness".
