After a lot of thinking I finally bought my 1st & 2nd stage deco regulators...

I ended up selecting 2 Scubapro MK2+ & R295...

1) I had them for little money
2) I had them with different color covers and with 100 cm hoses
3) 1st stage is a workhorse and super simple
4) When the deco bottles will be nearly empty the breathing effort will raise so I will be warned to get ready for a gas switch
5) 1st stage is very small and not prone to snags like an L shaped first stage would be
6) Hose routing is more then adequate
7) You can swap them underwater in case of need

I know that there is always something better and more expensive but life, after all, is being able to accept compromises... :)

Ciao Erik Il Rosso

P.S. Can't wait to try them, my old reg for NTX50 was an Oceanic SP4 + Alpha 7...
