Luchard is now a division of Compair, a big international compressor company which also owns Mako.

US Divers (now Aqualung) used to sell Luchard in the US, mostly the little portable models, so contacting them would be a good place to start.

LaSpirotechnique is the company that actually makes most USD gear so they may have been buying the pumps from Luchard and putting them in their own chassiss.

Can't remember when USD stopped cataloging them, but it was a long time ago, so your compressor is probably pretty old.
